Given a value x and a power law (see Template:Stats PowerLaw), return the increase needed in x in order to reach the next step in y.
Arguments are x (mandatory, must be >0), factor (default 1) and power (default 2).
Note that as of 2017-02 this template is no longer used by the RMW templates.
