Template:Fraction

Used to present a vulgar fraction in a standard way. Anonymous arguments are used, since both are mandatory anyway. If there exists a Unicode character representation of the desired fraction (ie, if the denominator is 2..8 and the numerator is such that the result represents a simple proper fraction), then that will be used; otherwise it will be faked using superscripts and subscripts.

Usage

Usage is: {{Fraction|numerator|denominator}}.

Examples

One half, written {{Fraction|1|2}}, gives: ½.

Seven thirteenths, written {{Fraction|7|13}}, gives: ⁷/₁₃.
